Drawing on decades of leadership in telecommunications, technology, and enterprise operations, they built Helios Energy from the ground up with a clear mission: deliver clean energy projects the right way.

With over 35 years of experience, Kevin Cunningham brings a proven entrepreneurial track record spanning telecommunications, technology, and energy. He began his career in telecommunications and went on to create, own, and operate multiple successful technology companies, guiding them through growth and acquisition. Following the sale of his most recent wireless telecommunications company, Kevin founded Helios Energy in 2021, applying his deep operational, business development, and technical expertise to the rapidly expanding commercial solar industry. His leadership reflects a disciplined, forward-looking approach to building scalable businesses that deliver long-term value.
With over 30 years of experience, Jennifer Cunningham brings leadership expertise shaped by executive roles at corporations including Bank of America, SAP, and AT&T Capital. Her career spans complex financial and technology-driven environments, with a strong foundation in business development, strategic growth, and client-focused solutions. Jennifer is known for her ability to align operational excellence with long-term business strategy, driving sustainable results across organizations.
